If you are contacting me about an initial consultation for a research project, here's the best way to make that time really count for you:
Send an email to Susan_ChambersATsdc-sage-editing DOT com outlining:
the project scope,
the purpose of the project and the stakeholders
the timeline you are working with
your contact information, and;
the best time to reach you.
Do you need some editing support? I'm happy to help you. Again, the best way to make that consultation time useful for you is through some preparation beforehand. Email me an outline or short description of your project and include the following information:
a four page sample (approximately1,000 words) of the text (or roughly 25% of the document if it is less than 1,000 words)
where you are at with your document (Are you just getting started, do you have a completed first or second draft to work with, or is this a final proof read?)
a synopsis or brief outline of the document's contents and intended audience
your project timeline
your contact information and the best time to reach you.
